Our totes are 52L (27-gallon), stack securely with attached lids, and hold up to rain, damp basements and tight stairwells. Every package includes a moving dolly, free local delivery and pickup, and up to 7 days with the totes — enough time to pack, move, and unpack without rushing.
The whole point is that nothing is left over. No flattened boxes in the garage in September, no recycling run, no bubble wrap in a landfill. You rent what you need, you use it, and it goes back into circulation for the next move.

A 52L tote holds roughly the same as a large moving box, but packs denser because it doesn't bulge. These ranges assume a normally furnished home; if you've lived somewhere a long time, size up.

Move-in weekend is our busiest time of year. If you're moving a student into residence, we deliver the totes to your home before the drive and collect them from campus once they're settled — so you're not hauling empty boxes back.
Packages start at $99 for a studio or dorm move and run to $239 for a four- or five-bedroom home. The price covers the totes, a moving dolly, free delivery, free pickup and up to 7 days' rental. A refundable security deposit (from $100) is charged at booking and refunded in full once the totes come back in good condition.
Every package includes up to 7 days with the totes, which covers packing, moving day and unpacking for most people. If your move is spread over a longer window, message us before the scheduled pickup and we'll arrange an extension.
Yes, in full. That deposit is a security deposit, not a fee. It is charged alongside your package at booking and returned to the same card once the totes are back with their lids and in working shape. Normal moving wear costs you nothing — scuffs, dust and the odd scratch are expected. We only hold money back for a cracked tote, a missing lid, or totes that never come back.
Yes — residence move-in and move-out is our busiest stretch of the year. We drop the totes at your house before the drive up, then collect them from the residence once your student is unpacked, so nobody is folding cardboard in a parking lot. No. We rent and deliver the totes; we don't pack, carry, drive or unload. You handle the move itself, or hire movers separately. If you'd like a recommendation for a local mover we're happy to point you to one.
Yes, anywhere within roughly a 45-minute drive of Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge. Beyond that we can often still help — give us the address when you book and we'll tell you before you pay if a small surcharge applies.
Every tote is wiped down and inspected between rentals. Anything cracked, stained or missing a lid is pulled from circulation rather than sent back out.
Order generously. Unused totes can go back early at no charge, and if you run short we can usually top you up before moving day if we have stock. The tote calculator gets most people close on the first try.
