Every one of your clients has the same unglamorous problem in the 7 days before a move: they need something to put their life in. Most of them solve it badly — three weekends chasing free cardboard, or $200 of boxes that get flattened and thrown out on the other side.

We solve it in one delivery. Heavy-duty 52L totes dropped at their door before packing day, collected once they've unpacked. Free dolly, free delivery, free pickup, packages from $99 plus a refundable deposit (from $100). We're locally owned, based in Guelph, and we cover the Tri-Cities.

What we're proposing is simple: you tell your clients we exist, and you pick how you'd like that to work.

Three ways to partner

Referral commission

You send clients our way, we pay you a commission on every booking that comes from your code. Paid monthly, no minimum, no clawback if the deposit is refunded.

Client discount

Prefer not to take money for a recommendation? Take the value as a discount for your clients instead. Same code, the saving goes to them, and it makes your referral an easy one to give.

Bulk / trade account

For movers and property managers who'd rather bundle it. You book the totes at a trade rate and include them in your own quote as a value-add.

Commission and trade rates are set per partner depending on volume and which option you choose — tell us roughly how many moves you handle a month and we'll put a number to it. We'd rather agree something that works than publish a rate that fits nobody.

Why this works for movers

You bill by the hour, which means anything that shortens the day is worth something to you as well as to your client.

Uniform boxes load faster. Every tote is the same footprint. They stack squarely on a dolly and fill a truck without gaps — no tetris, no wasted headroom, no second trip because the load wouldn't square up.
They don't fail on the stairs. Cardboard that has been in a garage over winter gives out at the corners with weight on it. Your crew has seen it happen.
Clients are packed when you arrive. Totes delivered a week ahead with a dolly get people packing earlier than a plan to collect boxes "at some point". A crew that isn't waiting is a crew that isn't burning the client's money.
Nothing to dispose of. We collect. You're not asked to take forty flattened boxes away.

Why this works for realtors and property managers

A closing gift that gets used. A wine bottle is forgotten in a week. Covering a client's totes lands exactly when they're most stressed and most likely to remember who helped.
Staging. Clearing a house to photograph it is the same job as moving, minus the truck. Totes in, clutter out, collected once it sells.
Tenant turnover. For property managers with student units, May 1 and September 1 are the same problem every year. We already run the campus routes.

We are not a moving company and never will be. We don't pack, carry, drive or unload, and we don't want to. There's no version of this where we start competing with you — totes are the entire business. If it helps, we're happy to put that in writing.
